POLICY: We kindly request that you notify us promptly if you cannot attend an appointment. By doing so, you will help us allocate the time to someone in urgent need of treatment. Our appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow us to offer timely treatment to another person.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to provide this notice or to attend the appointment will result in a No Show/Cancellation fee, meaning that your initial deposit will only be refunded in the case of a genuine emergency.
