KALY CASTELLANOS,

I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (C-FNP) with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing (DNP) with proven strengths in acute patient care, staff development, management and patient advocacy. Graduated from Chamberlain University. National Certification Board Therapeutic Massage. Certified in Advance Botox®️/ Dysport®️ & Dermal Filler Techniques. Member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners (NADNP).

I have a mission on my practice, which is to be a positive force in the lives of customers, treat them with genuine kindness and respect, and help them achieve their aesthetic goals through safe and effective treatments.

Many individuals can diminish signs of aging and rejuvenate the appearance of their face without the need for surgical procedures and the associated downtime. I truly believe that the best way of developing long-term relationships is on a foundation of trust by honoring my role to care for and take care of my patients and clients. I am incredibly passionate about helping customers look and feel their best and provide an individualized approach to treating them through cutting edge non-surgical methods.

Developing a customer's trust during cosmetic injections is a significant responsibility; if the appropriate assessment and time is taken, it is a pleasant experience for both the patient and me. Small changes for many people translate to big changes in how they feel about their appearance."

My background includes over five years of clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse at Tenet Health Company and one year at Memorial Health System. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I am certified to examine, diagnose, and treat patients in the primary care setting and to measure the outcomes of their care with ongoing analysis and evidence-based strategies for improvement. I also have the ability to integrate my knowledge into practice to influence and improve healthcare outcomes for customers, individuals, populations, and systems across diverse settings.

I transitioned from the acute/ hospital setting to my first practice or MedSpa in 2018. Where I spent two years performing mostly injectables and aesthetic procedures such as: Botulism (Botox(R), Dysport(R) Dermal Fillers (Juvederm (R) /Restylane (R), Sculptra (R) , Kybella, Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) therapy (Facial and Hair restoration), Sclerotherapy, Laser Hair Removal IPL, Skin Rejuvenation (Clearlift/Photofacial), Perform PDO thread lift, IV Infusions Therapy. Conducts skin assessments Listen and work collaboratively with my customers in dealing with their needs.

In pursuing my passion, KC Medical Aesthetics opens it's doors with the purpose to rejuvenate and refine my customer's soul, mind and body at any stage of life.

    POLICY: Please be courteous and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely treatments.

    Patients who were asked for a deposit to book an appointment who fail to show for their scheduled appointment or did not notify the office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment of the needed reschedule, shall be subject to a No Show/Cancellation fee of their initial deposit which means deposit will not be refundable unless they have a real emergency.
